When it comes to computer skills, all things are not equal!

People with a variety of different backgrounds and skills make excellent Realtors. Some are more skilled than others on the use of computers. We understand that and we provide the type of training that is going to help them become proficient to the extent that they need to in real estate.

At Russell & Jeffcoat, we offer “project based” technical training on Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel and Outlook. Our instructors have designed these courses so that at the completion of the course, students know how to use the software program to create the types of documents, cards, flyers, etc. that they will be using in their real estate business

In addition, courses are offered on “Navigating the Internet & Intranet,” with a focus on making it easy for agents to access and customize many of the templates and tools available. All of our forms for working with buyers and sellers are also on the Corporate Intranet.
