CMLS Updates – CMLS information is updated daily on the corporate website. New listings, price changes, etc. are reflected the following day. Multiple photos can be placed in MLS and will automatically upload to Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors agent pages.

Featured Homes – Listings are selected for rotation in the Featured Home section of the homepage. The Featured Home section changes each time a user returns to or refreshes the homepage.

Open House Search – Users can search for open houses by street, neighborhood, CMLS number and area. Other search criteria include stories, new construction, zip code, etc. Users also have the ability to search by map.

Property Search – Users can search for properties by street, CMLS region, neighborhood, CMLS or Ad number, etc. Other search criteria include stories, new construction, zip code. Users also have the ability to search by map

New Home Communities – Each new home community has its own Community Profile showcasing the community. The page displays all of the listings available in the community, as well as photos, descriptions, and any virtual tour links.

Property Details/Photo – Listing information and photos are uploaded to the Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors Website within 24 hours of placement in MLS.

Printable brochures – Users can print printer-friendly brochures that include property details and a propeAugust 21, 2005>

Customer (User) Profiles – Users can create a profile using a log-in name and password. This profile allows them to save property searches, view side-by-side comparisons of listings, calculate the distance between listings and a designated zip code, and store favorite listings.

Auto Notifications – Users may register to be emailed with information on each listing that has become available that meets their specified criteria. Should the user select a Preferred Agent in his/her profile, the preferred agent will be notified via email that the user has received information on the listings that meet his/her criteria. The agent will also receive the same information on the listings.

Personalized Agent URLs and Profiles – Each agent has his/her own profile on the Russell & Jeffcoat website and each agent is supplied with his/her own URL or web address to which the agent may direct buyers and sellers.

Agents can also select from four web page styles or layouts. Agent photo, contact information, biographical information, and listing inventory are featured on the agent profile.

Each agent receives a personal agent web address and an individual russellandjeffcoat.com email address.
