Each agent has his/her own profile on the Russell & Jeffcoat website and each agent is supplied with his/her own URL or web address to which the agent may direct buyers and sellers. For example, Joe Agent’s personal URL on the site would be www.russellandjeffcoat.com/joeagent.

Agent photo, contact information, biographical information, and listing inventory are featured on the agent web page. At any time, an agent may request that the Marketing Department change information or photos on his/her agent profile.


Upon completion of the initial Internet Profile Form, each agent receives his/her agent web address and an individual russellandjeffcoat.com email address. The standard company email address includes an agents’ first and last name. For example, the email address for Joe Agent is joeagent@russellandjeffcoat.com. The agent will receive instructions on how to access his/her russellandjeffcoat.com email address.
