Ron Roe leads a talented sales team providing direction, motivation, and support. Each branch office is under the direction of a broker-in-charge whose primary responsibility is to assist and manage our sales associates, ensuring transactions have the watchful eye of an experienced manager.

- Performed many high profile diving/salvage projects around the world. His mentor, Carl Brashear, was featured in the movie "Men of Honor".Played a major part in many of the research and development projects for equipment and diving procedures being utilized in today's Navy.

He started his real estate career in Hawaii. Returned to SC after the birth of his son, Aaron, so that he may be raised around family. As a SC Realtor he quickly became a top- producing agent in the Midlands.
In 1996, he became manager of the Russell & Jeffcoat's Metro office and a few years later he was promoted to Vice President of Sales. In 2001, he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager. Under his guidance, Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors has opened 5 new offices throughout central South Carolina. They have doubled the amount of agents and now have over 500 agents and staff. (Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors currently have 13 offices in the Midlands and over 500 agents and staff)
Ron has been active in the community serving on numerous charity committees, advisory committee for Richland County Council, he has been a scout pack master, and his most rewarding involvement was serving as a Guardian Ad Litem for abused children in Richland County .
Professional involvement include the Retired Officers' Association, Fleet Reserve Association, Legislative Committee for the HBA Association, active member of the local, state and national Associations of Realtors, and Life Member of the Circle of Excellence.
Ron his wife Maryann and son Aaron are members of the Wildewood Country Club and attend St. John Neumann Church.
