More about Len Ross
Len Ross is the Manager of Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors’ Northeast branch office located at 7601 Two Notch Road. He has distinguished himself by consistently having one of the top offices in the Midlands of South Carolina. Len is a native of Columbia and has been a Realtor since 1974.

After graduating from Eau Claire High School and studying business at Columbus College in Georgia, Len became the Training and Personnel Director for Belk of Columbia. He decided on a career as a Realtor in 1974 when he joined Bob Russell Realty which later became Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors, Inc. He immediately became a Million Dollar Producer and was later selected as the Training Director for Bob Russell Realty. In addition, Len became an approved instructor for the South Carolina Real Estate Commissions’ Pre-Licensing course for the Columbia School of Real Estate. He is a life member of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors Million Dollar Club. In 1985, Len was selected as the Broker-in-Charge at the Northeast Branch.

Len has earned many honors: Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Circle of Excellence Club, recipient of the Presidents Excellence Program Award from the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors (GCAR), Ethics Instructor for the GCAR, past Member of Board of Directors for GCAR, and a Graduate Realtors Institute Instructor. He has also served as the chairman of many committees including the Million Dollar Club, Grievance, Education and Brokers Round Table.

In 2001 Len was elected President of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors. He was honored later that year as “Realtor of The Year 2001”.

Len’s reputation is that of having a very positive attitude with a unique skill in problem solving. “Plan your work, then work your plan” is a comment you will often hear when working with him.

Len is married to Kim Jackson Ross of Lexington who has been his constant support for 35 years. She is an accomplished artist and manages the properties that they own. Len can be reached at 803-788-1450.
