Chip Daniels (Chapin)
Training new agents is
essential. It is one of the
key elements in making a
new agent as successful as
possible, as soon as
possible. The faster an
agent experiences success,
the more likely he/she is to
make this a long-term
career. My primary goal is
to help agents be
successful in
their careers.

More about Chip Daniels
Chip has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Southeast Asia
while in the military. He started his career in real estate in 1997 and holds an
Accredited Buyers Representative designation, Life membership in the Circle of
Excellence, and Russell & Jeffcoat’s Presidents Club.
“I love this business.” says Chip. His experiences with relocating so many times
due to his former military career gives him extra insight to pass on to his agents.
His strength lies in his training. Chip was a trainer as well as an agent with
another Russell & Jeffcoat office before becoming the manager at the Chapin
office.
“Training new agents is one of the most important things. It is the key factor to
a successful real estate career.” Chip stated. He made the Circle of Excellence in
his first year in the business which gives him a good idea what it takes for new
agents to gain success early in their careers.
Chip was born in North Carolina and attended Western Carolina University. He
has traveled to many countries overseas as well as in the continental United
States. Chip is married to Janet and they have three children. He spends his
spare time coaching recreational league teams for kids including baseball,
soccer, and basketball. His other hobbies include coin collecting, boating, water
skiing, and working in the yard.
