Caryl Gayle is the Manager of our Irmo-Lake Murray office, located at 1061 Lake Murray Blvd. Prior to taking the position as manager at Irmo, Caryl was Manager at the Chapin office. Caryl has 28 years of real estate experience in Columbia and is involved in various professional organizations in the Midlands. She is a member of the Irmo Chamber of Commerce, the Columbia Chamber of Commerce , the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors, the Homebuilders Association, the Irmo Sertoma Club, the Columbia Action Council, and the Sales and Marketing Council. In addition, she is a CRS designee, a graduate of Leadership Lexington County, a lifetime member of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Club, and a recipient of the Regal Award for new home sales for the Irmo office.
Caryl has been very active in the Lexington/Richland School District 5, in which her two sons attended. In her spare time, Caryl enjoys playing golf, traveling and spectator sports. She also enjoys going to the beach and boating on beautiful Lake Murray where she lives.
Caryl is a native Columbian and grew up in the Shandon area. She has seen many changes in Columbia and enjoys discussing the history of the city. He door is always open for questions and comments. Come to see her!
