For over the past 15 years the Northeast Office has been the Top Producing Office for Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors, selling more real estate than 99% of all the midlands Brokers. One of the many reasons is the fantastic location of the office itself! Surrounded by 13+ motels and hotels where out of town clients and customers see the office as the “Gateway to the Northeast”. The Northeast is where the largest number of real estate transactions occurs in the Midlands of South Carolina.

With its long history of success, the Northeast office has a strong reputation of results and professionalism with the buyer and seller clients it has served! Due to this history, many agents have elected to work out of the Northeast Office, driving from as far away as Southeast Columbia and Lexington.
