Located in one of the fastest growing areas of the state, the Lexington office has several benefits.

One is the location. Isn’t that what you always hear in real estate…. “location, location, location !” Lexington is within a 10 minute drive to downtown Columbia, and also surrounds popular Lake Murray.

The growth of the market extends into every direction encompassing the White Knoll area, West Columbia, Gilbert, Pelion, Swansea, Red Bank and Batesburg/Leesville. This puts our office right in the middle of a lot of activity!

It is much easier to get started in real estate in a growing area. It is also beneficial in creating and keeping a steady flow of business coming in regardless of how long one has been in the business.

Another is the people. We have such a good group of people in this office. Everyone is willing to help each other. We have many agents that have been here a long time, and several of the company’s top producers. The new agents are received warmly. It is really nice to work as an independent contractor in a supportive atmosphere, especially when you are new to a business. I believe if someone is driven to succeed, they can be successful anywhere; however with the backing of this company and their resources, and the commitment I make to my agents and their success, this is like starting out on the team that is going to the super bowl for sure!
