The Russell & Jeffcoat Corporate Intranet- AgentPlex
AgentPlex is our corporate webpage. Agent Plex is a valuable tool that provides resources such as financial transaction reports, listing and buying forms and packages, marketing forms and materials, administrative forms, relocation and training information, and Russell & Jeffcoat announcements and current news. There are also quick links to CMLS, your email, and more. Agent Plex has now been updated to enable agents to view and export their sales transactions and accounts receivable data.

Russell & Jeffcoat CD
A comprehensive view of Columbia is ready and waiting on a CD! This professionally designed CD covers everything a prospective client would want to know about the Midlands of South Carolina. From events and recreation, to specific housing communities, golf courses and school districts, this CD will serve as a wonderful marketing tool that highlights our beautiful city and surrounding communities.

Design Online
Flyers and simple brochures can also be done yourself with a great marketing tool offered to all agents called Design Online. This service provides you with personal marketing materials customized to meet your needs.

Marketing Mail Service
Our marketing mail service will make staying in contact with your clients easy. Through our in-house mailing service, agents are able to send bulk mail in an easier and more cost effective manner. Our full-time staff uses a time-sensitive approach to ensure mailings are sent out efficiently.

Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate Magazine
Russell & Jeffcoat is the only real estate company in the Midlands with its own full color real estate magazine. Our exclusive magazine has a bi-monthly distribution of nearly 34,000 and is distributed in over 500 locations throughout the area. The magazine features only listings of Russell & Jeffcoat and is the most read real estate magazine in the market.

Newspaper Advertising
The design of our weekly newspaper ads in the The State newspaper (Real Estate Weekly on Saturdays and the Real Estate and Home Section on Sundays) provide you the opportunity to advertise in a variety of different ways to best suit your needs. Our daily classified ads feature our recognizable logo which is extremely effective and causes our ads to nearly jump off the page.

Image Advertising
