If you want to find out how something works – ask the person who is doing it. That makes good business sense and it’s our approach in developing and improving the way we do business.
- Maintaining a constant edge in the market requires staying in touch with the needs of our agents. Through their involvement on committees, such as the Technology Committee, Marketing Committee, etc., we are able to make decisions about our future direction of the company with the important input of the people who are closest to the process – our agents!
- As technology advances, so do opportunities for agent business growth. A multitude of tools, templates and business profiles have been developed to help our agents work effectively and efficiently. As new systems and tools are developed, a team of our agents is selected to pilot these tools for usability and feedback.
Focus Groups are held with our new agents at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months to identify what’s working for them and what’s not. We implement new seminars, workshops and additional training based on feedback we receive from these sessions.
- Our managers work hand-in-hand (literally, many times!!) to help agents through problem solving processes in working with clients. These are also excellent opportunities for shared learning in small group sessions led by the managers in the offices
